Who We Are

A people-first RCM organization combining U.S. standards with Sri Lankan expertise.

From 13 Pioneers to a 200+ Member Growth Hub

What started as a small pilot team in Sri Lanka quickly grew into something much bigger. At Apexia Medical Partners, we believe that when talented people are given trust, opportunity, and the right support, they can build extraordinary things together.

In just two years, a group of professionals took a leap of faith and helped shape one of the fastest-growing Revenue Cycle Management teams in the region.

    The Vision Begins

As our U.S. operations expanded, we saw an opportunity to build something meaningful in Sri Lanka. We knew the region was home to talented professionals with the skills and dedication needed to support long-term growth. Our goal was simple: start small, build the right team, and grow with purpose.

  • The First Leap

Thirteen pioneers joined us to launch our first Sri Lanka team. We started fully remote with no office yet, but with strong collaboration and leadership support from the U.S. Together, we built the foundation of what would soon become a thriving and rapidly growing operation.

    Momentum Builds

As our team continued to deliver exceptional work, our responsibilities expanded. New workflows and account management functions were introduced, allowing us to support more clients and strengthen operations across the organization. What started as a pilot quickly became a core part of our growth.

  • Growing Leaders

With our team growing quickly, we introduced a structured HR function to support hiring, development, and culture. We made a conscious decision to invest in our people and promote leaders from within, creating clear opportunities for growth and long-term careers.
