Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on outstanding medical claims via outbound calls and payer portals
  • Update system notes accurately and take corrective actions
  • Support insurance collections and denial resolution processes
  • Identify payer issues and escalate appropriately
  • Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership

Requirements:

  • Degree / HND preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Based within 16 km proximity to Colombo
  • Willing to work US hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex AR follow-ups and denial management cases
  • Make outbound calls to insurance payers and access portals for resolution
  • Analyze claim rejections and initiate corrective actions
  • Escalate high-risk accounts with proposed solutions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with client guidelines
  • Meet and exceed performance and quality KPIs

Requirements:

  • HND / Degree in relevant field
  • Prior experience in AR Collections, Denial Management, or Medical Billing required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work US shift hours

  • Coordinate with AR team for billing-related resolutions
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

  • Degree / HND preferred (Freshers welcome)
  • Willingness to learn medical billing processes
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic MS Word & Excel knowledge
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Based within Colombo proximity
  • Willing to work US hours
